Nothing opens
Check the homepage and one other website. If both fail, begin with the connection. If only a particular Arc018 page fails, return to search and find the production again. Keep the actual error wording; repeated refreshing can hide which step originally failed.
The title search is empty
Remove extra words such as online, 1080p or APK from the film name. Clear an uncertain year or genre. The Summer I Turned Pretty belongs under TV Shows and begins in 2022, even when you want a later season.
The episode is not listed
The episode guides list regular episodes with known original dates up to their check date. They are not an announcement of every future installment. Compare the season number with the viewing service, especially if it groups special episodes differently.
Watch now opens a new tab
The new tab contains JustWatch viewing choices for the selected title. If nothing opens, your browser may have blocked the tab. Follow the link directly or permit that one action. A title page is not meant to start a hidden video in the background.
A video stops after it starts
Check the actual player. Try automatic or lower quality, pause other large downloads and compare another episode on the same service. Refreshing the Arc018 description page will not repair a stream in another tab.
My List disappeared
Check the browser and device before saving everything again. Private sessions and cleared site data can remove the local list. Arc018 does not keep an email-based backup of those choices.
